Gemaakt in een periode die door de band zelf getypeerd wordt als een tijd van zoeken, twijfelen, schelden, observeren en weer opstaan. In een poging de wereld en je plek daarin te duiden. Als outsiders, als jongens uit Groningen die de voorbije jaren de hemel bestormden en naar eigen zeggen de beste jaren van hun leven stoppen in dat wat ze het meest lief hebben: hun Band en de Muziek.

‘With the earth above me’ is geen makkelijke popplaat, het zijn geen hapklare brokken, maar geef je de songs de tijd en de aandacht die ze verdienen dan krijg je er een hoop voor terug. Dan verrijken ze je leven koester je ze net zo als de band dat deed tijdens het ontstaan
